1. Τι είναι τα cookies;
Τα cookies είναι μικρά αρχεία δεδομένων που στέλνει ο ιστότοπος που επισκέπτεστε στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας, το οποίο τα αποθηκεύει στον υπολογιστή σας, στο τηλέφωνο ή σε άλλη συσκευή και τα στέλνει πίσω στον ιστότοπο όταν τον επισκέπτεστε ξανά. 2. Για ποιο λόγο χρησιμοποιούμε τα cookies;
Στον ιστότοπο της Astratex, όταν επισκέπτεστε τον ιστότοπο, θα βλέπετε μια μπάρα ειδοποίησης που θα σας ενημερώνει ότι ο ιστότοπος χρησιμοποιεί cookies. 3. Ποια cookies χρησιμοποιούμε συγκεκριμένα και πώς;
Η Astratex χρησιμοποιεί τόσο τα δικά της cookies όσο και cookies τρίτων για τους παραπάνω σκοπούς. Κατά τη χρήση του ιστότοπου της Astratex, ενδέχεται να τοποθετηθούν cookies στη συσκευή σας από τους διαχειριστές των εργαλείων μάρκετινγκ που χρησιμοποιεί η Astratex. Το Google Analytics είναι η υπηρεσία ανάλυσης ιστότοπων της Google. Αυτή η υπηρεσία χρησιμοποιείται κυρίως για την παρακολούθηση και την πρόληψη κρίσιμων σφαλμάτων, για την αναγνώριση αιτημάτων σε διάφορες υπηρεσίες, για τη διατήρηση των χρηστών συνδεδεμένων και για την αποθήκευση δεδομένων καλαθιού αγορών. Χρησιμοποιείται επίσης για τη μέτρηση και τη βελτίωση των αποτελεσμάτων του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου. Η νομική βάση για την επεξεργασία είναι η συγκατάθεσή σας.

i. Google Analytics
Η Astratex σας προβάλλει επίσης τις διαφημίσεις της σε ιστότοπους και εφαρμογές τρίτων μερών. Χρησιμοποιούμε το Google Analytics στο πλαίσιο αυτό για να προσδιορίσουμε αν οι διαφημίσεις ήταν πραγματικά προσαρμοσμένες σε εσάς. Για να το κάνουμε αυτό, αξιολογούμε τις αλληλεπιδράσεις που συνέβησαν αφού κάνατε κλικ σε μια διαφήμιση και τα αποτελέσματα που είχε αυτή η διαφήμιση. Τα αποτελέσματα αυτά μας βοηθούν στη συνέχεια να εξατομικεύσουμε καλύτερα τη διαφήμιση. Η νομική βάση για την επεξεργασία είναι η συγκατάθεσή σας.

iii. Facebook Pixel
Η Astratex χρησιμοποιεί την υπηρεσία Facebook Pixel και, σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, μοιράζεται ορισμένες από τις αλληλεπιδράσεις σας με την Astratex (π.χ. προβολές προϊόντων, αγορές) προκειμένου να προβάλλει, να στοχεύει και να εξατομικεύει τη διαφήμισή σας στις πλατφόρμες του Facebook. Instagram, Messenger ή WhatsApp, καθώς και για τους σκοπούς της αξιολόγησης και βελτιστοποίησης αυτής της διαφήμισης. Η νομική βάση για την επεξεργασία είναι η συγκατάθεσή σας.
Ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας είναι η Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2 Ireland Τα δεδομένα ενδέχεται να μεταφερθούν στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες στο πλαίσιο αυτής της υπηρεσίας.
4. Πώς μπορώ να απενεργοποιήσω την αποθήκευση των cookies στη συσκευή μου;
